I shot these on a Canon EOS 30D with a 10-22mm wide angle with a polarizer filter over it. The polarizer is what is giving the clouds such a crazy contrasty look. I just used the RAW adjustment panel in Photoshop CS2 to stretch out the levels a little bit.
