2004 O'Reilly Mac OS X Conference

I am back from the 2004 O'Reilly Mac OS X Conference and Wil and I are on the final stretch of Delicious Library. I had a great time down there, it was really a good trip. I got to see a bunch of old friends and make a bunch of new ones, I could not ask for more. But I did get more, Delicious Library won 1st place in the 2004 Mac OS X Innovators Awards. Wil and I got to speak at the "Meet the Innovators" session on Tuesday where we got to talk about our ideas and tell everyone what we think it takes to make great software. I really enjoyed talking about this stuff and the people in the session seemed to really enjoy it as well.
After the Meet the Innovators session everyone went to the "Innovators Award Reception" were I had a great time showing everyone Delicious Library running on an amazing 30" Cinema Display. Everyone loved the app. They really did, 100% of the people I showed the app to loved it. I am really glad people are getting it.
Thanks to all the people I got to meet with, Derrick Story and O'Reilly for organizing the event and supporting Delicious Monster.

I bet you liked using that 30" Display (I sure would have). Congrats on all that good feedback and the award, well done Mike. It's a good start for you.
dude, sounds sweet. OH SHIT, I just thought of a great screensaver that would show all your library cover's like that Flying Icon one...
either way, congratulations, did you get any kind of statue or certificate?
